So nice to be here on the new forum and thank you for making it possible. I'm sure this is a good start for the most successful Sumo time.We have been waiting improvements patiently about 2 years now and at last the big day is tomorrow!!!
I would love desperately to see an index again with numbers for our images and have the tags work! It is extremely difficult to find works!! Thanks for your consideration. A very desperate "old user" !
Hi Lauri - Seems that Sumo isn't very much interested in us -the users. You haven't been on the Forum for ages although you promised to be active here with us and no promised improvements haven't happened either. Is new Sumo still under development, current version doesn't work properly further. Many users have saving problems and commenting and changing pages is quite impossible most of the time. Even we, the active and faithful users begin to feel despaired. Paying Pro users feel to have been cheated, Finnish honesty is far away from this. Please reply as soon as possible. I understood that Kickstarter project brought the needed capital for the developments.

Please please please!!! Do something, anything , to improve your site! There are so many issues with it like the comment problems, slow and laginess, troubles uploading for many,etc... You don't seem to reply to anything as if you don't give a crap about it. If you don't give a crap, how the hell do you expect your patrons too?! Wake up and get active! At least think about hiring someone to! Posted on facebook as well. I am sick of all the fricken issues!!!
Hello all! I am happy to announce that today, I finally got everything related to Sumo, back to myself. I apologize that I haven't been updating Sumo.fm or this forum in past weeks. Some parts of new Sumo will be launched in 1.7.2014 and I will continue working really hard to get everything ready soon.
Dammit Lauri! Would you get your fricken act together and let people know WTF is going on?! I understand that the site is free and it's a privilege to use it. But, as an owner / operator, you have a responsibility to your users! Many of which have paid for the service! As difficult as it may be to run your site, could you at least not take a moment of two to let people know what's going on?! The amateurish and apathetic approach is insulting and completely unprofessional! I don't give a crap if you ban me for expressing what everyone here feels. But, communicate with your loyal patrons!!!
Unfortunately I have to agree too, it would have been polite to inform us about Sumo breaks and malfunction!!!
Feeling ashamed as a Finn for all actions Sumo refused to take now and before to keep us happy!!!
Just wondering when New Sumo will be ready, we have been quite patient for a long time!!! Please let us know something, anything or everything!!! You really should keep us informed!!!
Many of us love Sumo. I, like others, have paid for a year's license. Lack of communication is the biggest problem I see. I'm guessing you need help answering email and monitoring the Sumo Forum... as well as the Facebook Page.
I'm sure many of your long time paid users would be happy to help you if you only reach out. Trade a year license if you can't afford to hire them.
